Acessa is a minimally invasive procedure for managing fibroids. This is a uterine-sparing technique for patients who do not want a hysterectomy, and patients can return home the same day with little to no pain medication. Dr. Enrique Infante and Dr. Emelia Winston are the only doctor's in Northeast Indiana who perform Acessa.
