Our program regulates the intake of high-quality protein while targeting fat loss and maintaining muscle. Participants will learn about the science behind portion control, the body’s three compartments of energy and the impact of insulin levels on weight loss.
You must be at least at 18 years old and have a BMI over 26% to join this program.
This plan includes:
• Plant-based protein consumption
• Carbohydrate restoration
• Protein packets purchased weekly at weigh-in appointments.
