Practice Locations:
Rachael Johnson a Certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Women’s Health Advantage in 2007. She is a Fort Wayne native and a graduate of Bishop Luers High School. She earned her BS degree from Indiana University before obtaining a BSN and MSN from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. She specializes in Urogynecology and pelvic floor therapy, and she is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Rachel played rugby when she was at Indiana University, and she’s now a proud hockey mom with four kids at home and two dogs.
Special interests include bladder and prolapse issues and pelvic floor physical therapy.
