Appointment Scheduler- Full time
Primary Responsibilities: Women's Health Advantage is seeking a full-time detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler. The position is located at our Dupont office. Duties include maintaining physicians' schedules while taking live calls. Cheerful phone voice required. Experience in an office setting with administrative responsibilities strongly preferred. Must be energetic, caring, and professional. Duties include check in/out, insurance updates, completion of new patient forms, etc. Full-time opportunities available, competitive pay and benefits.
Mammographer PRN at Women’s Health Advantage
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for performing all typical mammography tasks, as well as clerical duties and accurate recordkeeping. Monitors equipment and reports any quality/maintenance issues. Responsible for daily QA-QC duties and assists in the accreditation process.
Required: Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology is required. Minimum of two years experience in radiology imaging modalities: One year or more of experience as a mammographer preferred. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; Current state license as general diagnostic radiographer; current mammography license. No nights or weekends!
Medical Assistant Full time positions at Women’s Health Advantage and Center for Colon and Rectal Care.
Primary responsibilities: rooming patients, taking vitals, reviewing medications and health history, sending electronic prescriptions, pulling templates and charting, prepping for the next day, cleaning and stocking rooms, assisting the physician during exams and procedures, cleaning instruments, injections, etc.
Required: completion of an accredited Medical Assistant educational program. Some travel between offices is required. Prior Authorization/Surgery Scheduling Assistant
Primary Responsibilities: Center for Colon and Rectal Care is looking for a full time Prior Authorization/Surgery Scheduling Assistant for their office. The person will be responsible for performing insurance pre-certification tasks, and all typical clerical tasks required within a medical office. They will also be responsible for scheduling some patients’ surgeries appropriately and providing appropriate information to the patient regarding their surgery. Full time with benefits.
